2Service Description

IPTV Service provides access to a multimedia streaming platform delivering television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related services over the internet. The service is delivered through compatible apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, and similar M3U/Xtream Codes-compatible players.

3Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when subscribing. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You may not share your subscription beyond the connection limit included with your plan.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are one-time payments for fixed durations (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) — they do not auto-renew
• Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• Activation typically occurs within 60 minutes of successful payment
• Subscriptions and add-ons (extra connections, World Cup pack) are billed once at checkout

5Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the service without our written authorization
• Use the service for public broadcasting (bars, restaurants, hotels, businesses) without a commercial license
• Share your credentials beyond the allowed connection count or with parties outside your household
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical restriction of the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service

6Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, internet service provider (ISP) issues, content provider changes, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Channel lineups may change at any time without prior notice.

7Intellectual Property & Content

All content available through the service (channels, films, series, etc.) is the property of the respective rights holders. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws of your country.

8Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or quality of any specific channel, program, or content.

You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws regarding access to streaming content in your jurisdiction.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from your violation of these Terms.

11Refunds

Refund eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not work as described.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent French courts, except where consumer protection laws in your country grant you additional rights.
